Stop access to Instagram and Facebook now
Either step removes Elevate’s access immediately:
- In Elevate, a workspace owner opens Data Connections and chooses Remove Elevate authorization for Meta. Elevate deletes its stored access token at once.
- In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Elevate, and remove it.
Posts already published to your accounts stay there until you delete them in Instagram or Facebook.
Delete everything else
To delete your workspace and everything in it, including your business details, uploaded photos and videos, created posts and their results, contact the Elevate operator from the email address you sign in with, and say which business it is.
We confirm the request with you, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. If your plan is still running, we cancel it first. Payment records stay with Stripe, which keeps them as the law requires.
If you only used Facebook Login
If you connected your Facebook account to Elevate and want only that connection and its data removed, use either step above, or send the same email with “Facebook data” in the subject.
