What Elevate does
Elevate studies your business, plans your social media, creates posts and stories with you, and publishes the ones you approve to the accounts you connect. Features depend on your plan and on the accounts you connect.
Your workspace
- You sign in with a single-use link sent to your email. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in it.
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for the business you sign up.
Plans and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you choose the plan. Creating content requires an active plan.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Paid advertising budgets are separate from your plan and are never spent without your explicit approval.
- If a payment fails, content creation pauses until the plan is active again. Your workspace and its content stay in place.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the posts created for you.
- You allow Elevate to store, process and adapt that content, and to send it to the services listed in the privacy policy, only to provide Elevate to you.
- You confirm you have the rights to the photos, videos, logos and other material you upload, including permission from people who appear in them.
AI-created content and approval
Elevate uses AI to write captions and create images and videos. AI can make mistakes. Nothing is published until you or someone you authorized approves it, and you are responsible for reviewing what you approve: facts, prices, offers, claims and how people are shown.
Connected platforms
Publishing to Instagram and Facebook goes through Meta and is subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. Elevate cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, keep or show a post, and is not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Elevate to publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringing; to impersonate anyone; to send spam; or to try to break into or overload Elevate or other people’s workspaces. We may pause or close a workspace that does, after telling the owner where we can.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Elevate running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Elevate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost followers, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Elevate in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Elevate and ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see Delete your data). We may end this agreement if these terms are seriously broken, and will tell the workspace owner first unless the law prevents it.
